Project Hungry Beats originated at the end of the year 2009 and focuses on hard and dark electronic music like: Hardcore, Frenchcore, Terror and Gabber. It was founded by two still singly occuring producers: Filip Houdek (HDG) a Kryštof Babjuk (KRIST_OFF). Both had met each other at Lettek sound system in the year 2004. 

Their musical co-operation started five years later when HDG got a offer from Dave LXR to release on Lx records. But soon Dave also got intrested in tracks from project Hungry Beats that was at that time just rising and published their first track on sublabel: Lost&Found 02. At the same time HDG and KRIST_OFF decided to establish their first label, as well: Prague  Nightmare Records. And simultaneously with Lost 02 was released their debut EP from Hungry Beats: Out of bounds where is their first common track – Crazy Elisa. It was very successful and made a big boom mainly in the Czech Republic. Since then HB have started to work very hard and half year later they published the follow-up EP: PNR 02 (HB) - Head Crusher which was famous around the world.

The biggest turning point happened probably when HB were invited to X-Massacre where they met with The Sickest Squad. With them currently deal about common EP which would be their fans should definitely wait. After some time they worked with artists like Frazzbass and D-Tox (Subversion). Hungry Beats released on their own label their EP: Bad to the bone. HB made rmx one of track from this EP: Subversion – Soul vending machine. After that HB was offered by many foreign labels and few months later were released two EP on italian label Low Factory. Their music made an impression on people on the world scene and the offers poured in from famous labels: Noistorm (IT), GGM (UK), KARNAGE (FR), N.E. TUNES (IT).

In 2011 HB with Astrofonik production founded next sublabel: Lycanthropy rec. and Armory rec. Both EP´s were also very successful and they are planning to continue. Since then HB played on many parties abroad and in CZ. Their achievement includes events like RAVING NIGHTMARE, WE ARE TOGETHER HARDCORE, E-MISSION, FOOTWORXXX vs.PRSPCT, FRENCHCORE S.IL VOUS PLAIT, THERAPY SESSIONS, X-MASSACRE, IMAGINATON FESTIVAL and many others.. 

In 2012 HB finished their oficial first album which will be released in 2013 on Audiogenic / Alternhate managed by TIEUM. Stay tuned! They are hungry and their beats devour you! HUNGRY BEATS!
